Chickpeas? Is this chick for real? Oh yes she is! Trust me…or don’t. Whatevs Just try them though. Super easy, super delicious and in fairness, pretty super healthy also! What could go wrong?
Line your baking dish with greaseproof paper. Preheat oven to 180/160 C or Gas 4.
Place chickpeas, peanut butter and agave in food processor. Blitz it baby!
Add a dash of coconut milk if it's too thick.
Stir in vanilla seeds and sprinkle in a scattering of salt.
Pour mix into baking dish and grate dark chocolate all over, creating a layer of chocolate on top of mix.
Bake for 30-35 mins. Leave to cool before slicing.
Serve with a cup of Pukka tea. Yum!
